Paychex Incorporated (NASDAQ:PAYX) announced that it is maintaining its quarterly dividend of 31 cents per share. The dividend is payable February 15, 2011 to shareholders of record February 1, 2011.
Shares are trading lower today by nearly half a percent.
In other dividend news, Celanese Corporation (NYSE:CE) maintained its quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share. Cooper Companies Incorporated (NASDAQ:COO) maintained a dividend of 3 cents per share. Robbins & Myers Incorporated (RBN) maintained its quarterly dividend of 4.5 cents per share.
Among dividend reductions, Marcus Corporation (NYSE:MCS) announced its quarterly dividend of 8.5 cents per share, a decrease of about 50% from its prior dividend in October of 17 cents.
