Brightpoint (CELL) said revenue was $1.1 billion for the fourth quarter of 2010, an increase of 24% compared to the fourth quarter of 2009. Adjusted income from continuing operations was $24.0 million or $0.34 per diluted share versus $17.8 million or $0.22 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2009.
On the report, Brighpoint is higher by 27.5%.
SGI (NASDAQ:SGI) posted non-GAAP EPS of $0.44, versus $0.18 in the same period last year and raised revenue and EPS guidance for fiscal year 2011.
Shares of SGI are higher by 23.5%.
Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (NASDAQ:GMCR) said net sales were up 67% over first quarter 2010, and non-GAAP EPS came in at $0.18.
GMCR is up 18.4%.
Shutterfly (NASDAQ:SFLY) posted fourth quarter GAAP net income of $1.09 per diluted share, beating Wall Street estimates.
SFLY shares are higher by over 17%.
Newmont Mining Corporation (NYSE:NEM) and Fronteer Gold (FRG) announced that they have entered into an agreement pursuant to which Newmont will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Fronteer Gold.
On the news, shares of Fronteer are higher by over 38%.
