Aegean Marine Petroleum Network (ANW) said it expects to report a net loss between $12.0 million and $13.0 million, or between $0.26 and $0.28 basic and diluted loss per share, for the fourth quarter of 2010.
Shares of Aegean are lower by 18.4% on the news.
Alliance Fiber Optic Products (AFOP) recorded net income for the fourth quarter of 2010 of $1,701,000, or $0.20 per share based on 8.7 million shares outstanding, compared to $428,000, or $0.05 per share based on 8.5 million shares outstanding, for the fourth quarter of 2009.
Shares of AFOP are lower by about 20%.
Travelzoo (NASDAQ:TZOO) posted EPS of $0.23, compared to earnings per share of $0.32 in the prior-year period. The prior-year period included a one-time income tax benefit of $4.4 million related to the dissolution of the Asia Pacific business segment.
Travelzoo is down 13.3%.
Intersil (ISIL) announced adjusted EPS of $0.17 for the quarter. For the year, net income was $26.4 million, or $0.21 per diluted share, compared with net income of $38.6 million, or $0.32 per diluted share in fiscal 2009.
