Power-One (NASDAQ:PWER) said that for the first quarter of 2011, the company forecasts revenue of $260 million to $290 million. First quarter revenue is expected to be impacted by seasonality, heightened by inclement weather in Europe and a reduction in feed-in-tariffs across multiple markets, as well as excess inverter inventory in the channel. Shares are lower by 22%.
Toreador Resources (TRGL) said they were informed that the decrees relating to the renewal of the Châteaurenard Concession and of the Saint-Firmin-des-Bois Concession are in process of being executed.
Although the decrees were not published prior to January 1, 2011, Toreador understands that the concessions will shortly be renewed retroactively as of January 1, 2011 and Toreador will continue to operate under such concessions. After the update, shares of Toreador are lower by over 20%.
Coinstar (NASDAQ:CSTR) said for the first quarter of 2011 they expect GAAP EPS from continuing operations between $0.15 and $0.25 on a fully diluted basis. Currently shares of CSTR are trading lower, down 13.7%.
Complete Production Services (CPX) posted fourth quarter net income of $38.2 million, or $0.49 per diluted share, an increase of $5.2 million or $0.07 per diluted share, over the prior quarter, but missing analyst expectations. CPX is down 12.8%.
