This morning, Capstead Mortgage (CMO) declared its quarterly dividend of 41 cents per share, an increase of about 5% over its prior dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 12.4% going forward.
Shares of CMO were heading higher on Tuesday, picking up 1.3% so far.
In other dividend news, Atlantic Power (AT) maintained its monthly dividend of 9.12 cents per share. Terra Nova Royalty Corporation (NYSE:TTT) maintained its monthly dividend of 5 cents per share. Dynex Capital (NYSE:DX) maintained its quarterly dividend of 27 cents per share. And Armour Residential REIT (NYSE:ARR) maintained its monthly dividend of 12 cents per share.
