This morning, PNC Financial (NYSE:PNC) declared its quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share, an increase of 250% over its prior dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of 2.2% going forward.
Shares of PNC were slightly higher on Thursday, climbing 0.1% so far.
In other dividend news, Entergy (NYSE:ETR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 83 cents per share. Paychex (NASDAQ:PAYX) maintained its quarterly dividend of 31 cents per share. And Hot Topic (NASDAQ:HOTT) maintained its quarterly dividend of 7 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Qualcomm (NASDAQ:QCOM) announced its quarterly dividend of 21.5 cents per share, an increase of about 13% over its prior dividend in February of 19 cents.
