Assured Guaranty (NYSE:AGO) shares are higher after the company announced a settlement with Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) this morning, in which Bank of America will pay $1.1 billion to settle its demands that the lending company repurchase its bad mortgages.
Shares are higher by nearly 24 percent.
Shares of Knoll (KNL) are higher after the company announced that total revenue was higher by 26% to $221 million, and adjusted earnings per share doubled to $0.20 for the first quarter.
