In morning trading, shares of Rock-Tenn were lower, falling 1.5% on the news.
And Baird downgraded shares of Itron (NASDAQ:ITRI) from neutral to underperform as the recent convertible offering could impact earnings per share going forward. With the downgrade, Baird set a price target of $44 per share.
Itron shares were lower on Friday, falling 6.5% today.
