Late on Friday, PetSmart (PETM) declared its quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share, an increase of about 12% over its prior dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 1.3% going forward.
Shares of PetSmart were higher on the news, gaining 1.9% on Monday.
In other dividend news, State Street (NYSE:STT) maintained its quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share. Boston Properties (NYSE:BXP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share. Roper Industries (NYSE:ROP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 11 cents per share. And Weight Watchers International (NYSE:WTW) maintained its quarterly dividend of 17.5 cents per share.
