Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the Proshares Short QQQ (AMEX:PSQ), which shed 1.3 million shares, or a 13.5% decrease week over week.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the Proshares Ultra Industrials (AMEX:UXI), which lost 225,000 of its shares, for a whopping 23.1% decline in outstanding shares. Among the largest underlying components of UXI are 3M (NYSE:MMM), which is trading flat, and AAR Corporation (NYSE:AIR), which is higher by about 5.2%.
