This afternoon, Alcoa (NYSE:AA) declared its quarterly dividend of three cents per share, maintaining the amount paid to shareholders last quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 1.2% going forward.
Shares of Alcoa were lower on Friday, falling 3.5% so far.
In other dividend news, HB Fuller (NYSE:FUL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 7.5 cents per share. Innophos Holdings (NASDAQ:IPHS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. And SMF Energy (FUEL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 1.5 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Clarcor (NYSE:CLC) announced its quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share, an increase of about 14% over its prior dividend in July of 10.5 cents.
