Daily Dividend Report: October 4, 2011 Tuesday, October 4, 1:30 PM ET
Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE:SNH) announced its quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share, an increase of about 3% over its prior dividend in July of 37 cents. The company plans to pay the dividend on Nov. 11. The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record as of Oct. 19.
In other dividend news, Talisman Energy Incorporated (NYSE:TLM) maintained a dividend of 13.5 cents per share. Lincare Holdings Incorporated (LNCR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Bank of the Ozarks Incorporated (NASDAQ:OZRK) announced its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share, an increase of about 5% over its prior dividend in July of 9.5 cents.
Among dividend reductions, Sabine Royalty Trust (NYSE:SBR) announced its monthly dividend of 35.272 cents per share, a decrease of about 10% from its prior dividend in September of 39.2 cents.
