Simon Property Group Incorporated New (NYSE:SPG) announced its quarterly dividend of 90 cents per share, an increase of about 12% over its prior dividend in August of 80 cents. The company also reported that its funds from operations in the third quarter were $606.2 million, or $1.71 per share, up from $318.5 million, or 90 cents per share, in the same period last year.
Shares are lower by about seven tenths of a percent.
In other dividend news, International Business Machines (NYSE:IBM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 75 cents per share. Duke Energy Corporation New (NYSE:DUK) maintained its quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. Noble Energy Incorporated (NYSE:NBL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, American Electric Power Incorporated (NYSE:AEP) announced its quarterly dividend of 47 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend in August of 46 cents. Williams Partners (NYSE:WPZ) announced its quarterly dividend of 74.75 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend in August of 73.3 cents.
Among dividend reductions, Dht Holdings Incorporated (NYSE:DHT) announced its quarterly dividend of 3 cents per share, a decrease of about 70% from its prior dividend in July of 10 cents.
