Simon Property Group Incorporated New (SPG) announced its quarterly dividend of 90 cents per share, an increase of about 12% over its prior dividend in August of 80 cents. The company also reported that its funds from operations in the third quarter were $606.2 million, or $1.71 per share, up from $318.5 million, or 90 cents per share, in the same period last year.
Shares are lower by about seven tenths of a percent.
In other dividend news, International Business Machines (IBM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 75 cents per share. Duke Energy Corporation New (DUK) maintained its quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. Noble Energy Incorporated (NBL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, American Electric Power Incorporated (AEP) announced its quarterly dividend of 47 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend in August of 46 cents. Williams Partners (WPZ) announced its quarterly dividend of 74.75 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend in August of 73.3 cents.
Among dividend reductions, Dht Holdings Incorporated (DHT) announced its quarterly dividend of 3 cents per share, a decrease of about 70% from its prior dividend in July of 10 cents.
