Looking today at week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest inflow was seen in the SPDR S&P 500 (AMEX:SPY), which added 27.4 million shares, or a 4.0% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of SPY, in morning trading today Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM) is off about 1.8%, and Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) is up by about 0.3%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest increase in inflows was the S&P 500 High Beta Portfolio (AMEX:SPHB), which added 200,000 shares, for a whopping 50.0% increase in outstanding shares. Among the largest underlying components of SPHB, in morning trading today Harman International (NYSE:HAR) is off about 2.9%, and Lennar (NYSE:LEN) is lower by about 1.9%.
