Lancaster Colony Corporation (NASDAQ:LANC) announced its quarterly dividend of 36 cents per share, an increase of about 9% over its prior dividend in September of 33 cents. The dividend will be payable December 30, 2011 to shareholders of record on December 9, 2011. The indicated annual payout for the current fiscal year ending June 30, 2012 is $1.41 per share, up nine percent from the $1.29 per share paid in fiscal 2011.
Shares are lower by about two percent.
In other dividend news, Precision Castparts Corporation (PCP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 3 cents per share. Genuine Parts Company (NYSE:GPC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share. Flowserve Corporation (NYSE:FLS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, South Jersey Industries Incorporated (SJI) announced its quarterly dividend of 40.25 cents per share, an increase of about 10% over its prior dividend in September of 36.5 cents.
Among dividend reductions, Mesa Royalty Trust (NYSE:MTR) announced its monthly dividend of 27.4074 cents per share, a decrease of about 5% from its prior dividend in October of 28.7 cents.
