Telular Corporation (WRLS) announced its quarterly dividend of 11 cents per share, an increase of about 10% over its prior dividend in August of 10 cents. With the dividend increase, the company also announced that fiscal 2011 net income nefore non-cash items was up 51% over the prior year. Recurring service revenue also grew 13% year over year.
Shares are higher by over 8.3 percent.
In other dividend news, Brookfield Asset Management Incorporated (NYSE:BAM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share. Transocean (NYSE:RIG) maintained a dividend of 79 cents per share. Marriott International Incorporated New (NASDAQ:MAR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Southside Bancshares (NASDAQ:SBSI) announced its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share, an increase of about 11% over its prior dividend in August of 18 cents.
