Ingersoll Rand (NYSE:IR) announced its quarterly dividend of 16 cents per share, an increase of about 33% over its prior dividend in September of 12 cents. On an annual basis, the payout would climb to 64 cents a share from 48 cents. The dividend will be payable March 30 to stakeholders of record on March 12.
Shares are lower by about 3.6 percent.
In other dividend news, Western Union Company (NYSE:WU) maintained its quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) announced its quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share, an increase of about 5% over its prior dividend in November of 42 cents. Avago Tech Limited (NASDAQ:AVGO) announced its quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share, an increase of about 9% over its prior dividend in September of 11 cents. Taubman Centers Incorporated (NYSE:TCO) announced its quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share, an increase of about 3% over its prior dividend in September of 43.8 cents.
