AT&T Incorporated (NYSE:T) announced its quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend in October of 43 cents. The dividend is payable on February 1, 2012 to shareholders of record on January 10, 2012.
Shares are lower by about 0.3 percent.
In other dividend news, Cisco Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ:CSCO) maintained its quarterly dividend of 6 cents per share. Steel Dynamics Incorporated (NASDAQ:STLD) maintained its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share. Jarden Corporation (NYSE:JAH) maintained its quarterly dividend of 8.625 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Amgen Incorporated (NASDAQ:AMGN) announced its quarterly dividend of 36 cents per share, an increase of about 29% over its prior dividend in December of 28 cents.
Among dividend reductions, Anworth Mortgage Asset Corporation (NYSE:ANH) announced its quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share, a decrease of about 9% from its prior dividend in October of 23 cents.
