In trading on Friday, shipping shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 3.5%. Leading the group were shares of Navios Maritime Holdings Incmars (NYSE:NM), up about 18.8% and shares of Alexander & Baldwin (NYSE:ALEX) up about 15.1% on the day.
Also showing relative strength are vehicle manufacturers shares, up on the day by about 2.8% as a group, led by Navistar International (NYSE:NAV), trading up by about 4.9% and Tata Motors Limited (NYSE:TTM), trading up by about 4.8% on Friday.
