Looking today at week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest inflow was seen in the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund (AMEX:XLY), which added 8.5 million shares, or a 14.9% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of XLY, in morning trading today McDonald's (NYSE:MCD) is up about 0.6%, and Disney (NYSE:DIS) is lower by about 1%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest increase in inflows was the iShares MSCI China Index Fund (AMEX:MCHI), which added 900,000 shares, for a 75.0% increase in outstanding shares.
