Oiltanking Partners Limited Partnership (NYSE:OILT) announced its quarterly distribution of 34 cents per share. For the prior quarter, the prorated distribution for the period after the closing date of Oiltanking Partners' initial public offering, July 19, 2011, through September 30, 2011 was $0.2678 per limited partnership unit, representing the minimum quarterly distribution of $0.3375 on a full quarter basis, or $1.35 on an annualized basis.
In other dividend news, DuPont (NYSE:DD) maintained its quarterly dividend of 41 cents per share, Kroger Company (NYSE:KR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 11.5 cents per share, and Meadwestvaco Corporation (NYSE:MWV) maintained its quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Kayne Anderson Energy Development Company (NYSE:KED) announced its quarterly distribution of 39 cents per share, an increase of about 2.6% over its prior dividend in October of 38 cents.
