Time Warner Cable Incorporated (NYSE:TWC) announced its quarterly dividend of 56 cents per share, an increase of about 17% over its prior dividend in November of 48 cents. The company also said that fourth-quarter earnings per share rose 40% to $1.39, beating expectations by 19 cents, while revenue increased 4% to $4.99 billion, beating forecasts of $4.37 billion.
Shares are higher by 7.25 percent.
In other dividend news, Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 47 cents per share. Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX) maintained its quarterly dividend of 81 cents per share. Automatic Data Processing Incorporated (NASDAQ:ADP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 39.5 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) announced its quarterly dividend of 38 cents per share, an increase of about 12% over its prior dividend in November of 34 cents.
