AK Steel Holdings (NYSE:AKS) was downgraded today by Citigroup (NYSE:C) to neutral from buy with a $9 price target, as stainless steel prices have increased, and demand for scrap has been weak.
Shares are lower by over 4.4 percent.
Chesapeake Energy (NYSE:CHK) was downgraded by FBR from outperform to market ouperform with a price target of $25, as the company is leveraed to lower prices for natural gas.
