Time Warner Incorporated (TWX) announced its quarterly dividend of 26 cents per share, an increase of about 11% over its prior dividend in November of 23.5 cents. The company also posted an increase in fourth-quarter earnings due to its recent efforts to benefit monetize content more effectively.
Shares are higher by about nine tenths of a percent.
In other dividend news, Cardinal Health Incorporated (CAH) maintained its quarterly dividend of 21.5 cents per share. Rockwell Automation Incorporated (ROK) maintained its quarterly dividend of 42.5 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, 3M Company (MMM) announced its quarterly dividend of 59 cents per share, an increase of about 7% over its prior dividend in November of 55 cents.
Among dividend reductions, Apollo Investment Corporation (AINV) announced its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share, a decrease of about 29% from its prior dividend in December of 28 cents.
