Time Warner Incorporated (NYSE:TWX) announced its quarterly dividend of 26 cents per share, an increase of about 11% over its prior dividend in November of 23.5 cents. The company also posted an increase in fourth-quarter earnings due to its recent efforts to benefit monetize content more effectively.
Shares are higher by about nine tenths of a percent.
In other dividend news, Cardinal Health Incorporated (NYSE:CAH) maintained its quarterly dividend of 21.5 cents per share. Rockwell Automation Incorporated (NYSE:ROK) maintained its quarterly dividend of 42.5 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, 3M Company (NYSE:MMM) announced its quarterly dividend of 59 cents per share, an increase of about 7% over its prior dividend in November of 55 cents.
Among dividend reductions, Apollo Investment Corporation (NASDAQ:AINV) announced its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share, a decrease of about 29% from its prior dividend in December of 28 cents.
