This morning, Union Pacific (NYSE:UNP) declared its quarterly dividend of 60 cents per share, maintaining the amount paid to shareholders last quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 2.1% going forward.
Shares of UNP were modestly lower on the news, falling 0.2% today.
In other dividend news, Visa (NYSE:V) maintained its quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share. The Las Vegas Sands (NYSE:LVS) maintained a dividend of 25 cents per share. Allergan (NYSE:AGN) maintained its quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share. And Perrigo (NASDAQ:PRGO) maintained its quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share.
