Thursday, Director Robert C. Pozen bought 152,755 shares of NLSN, at a cost

of $27.84 each, for a total investment of $4.25M. Nielsen Holdings is

trading up about 2.5% on the day Monday. Before this latest buy, Pozen made

one other buy in the past twelve months, purchasing $498,018 shares for a

cost of $28.39 each.

And also on Thursday, CEO Michael D. Popielec purchased $191,706 worth of

Ultralife Corp (NASDAQ:ULBI), purchasing 40,000 shares at a cost of $4.79 each.

Before this latest buy, Popielec bought ULBI on 3 other occasions during the

past twelve months, for a total investment of $277,299 at an average of

$4.62 per share. Ultralife Corp is trading up about 2.7% on the day Monday.

Popielec was up about 10.4% on the purchase at the high point of today's

trading session, with ULBI trading as high as $5.29 at last check today.
