Amgen Incorporated (NASDAQ:AMGN) maintained its quarterly dividend of 36 cents per share. The dividend will be paid on June 7, 2012, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 16, 2012.
Shares are lower by about four tenths of a percent.
In other dividend news, Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) maintained its quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share. Target Corporation (NYSE:TGT) maintained its quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Northern Trust Corporation (NASDAQ:NTRS) announced its quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share, an increase of about 7% over its prior dividend in March of 28 cents. Washington Trust Bancorp (NASDAQ:WASH) announced its quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share, an increase of about 5% over its prior dividend in December of 22 cents.
