This morning, Freeport McMoran (NYSE:FCX) declared its quarterly dividend of 31.25 cents per share, an increase of 25% over its prior dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 3.4% going forward.
Shares of FCX were lower, falling 4.1% so far today.
In other dividend news, NiSource (NYSE:NI) maintained its quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share. Robbins & Myers (RBN) maintained its quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share. The Alliancebernstein Income Fund (ACG) maintained its monthly dividend of 4 cents per share. And Commercial Metals (NYSE:CMC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share.
