Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (WYN) announced its quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share, an increase of about 53% over its prior dividend in November of 15 cents. The dividend will be  payable March 30, 2012 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2012.
Shares are lower by about one percent.
In other dividend news, Verizon Communications Incorporated (NYSE:VZ) maintained its quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share. Airgas Incorporated (ARG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share. H&R Block Incorporated (NYSE:HRB) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Taubman Centers Incorporated (TCO) announced its quarterly dividend of 46.25 cents per share, an increase of about 3% over its prior dividend in December of 45 cents.
