although there are many various reasons for an insider to sell a stock,

presumably the only reason they would use their hard-earned cash to make a

purchase, is that they expect to make money.  Today we look at two

noteworthy recent insider buys.

On Wednesday, Blackrock Incorporated (NYSE:BLK)'s Vice Chairman, Kendrick R.

Wilson III, made a $2.3M buy of BLK, purchasing 11,580 shares at a cost of

$198.46 a piece.  Blackrock Incorporated is trading up about 0.1% on the day

Friday.

And at Cablevision Systems Corp. (NYSE:CVC), there was insider buying on

Thursday, by Director Rand V. Araskog who bought 25,000 shares at a cost of

$14.26 each, for a trade totaling $356,455.  This buy marks the first one

filed by Araskog in the past twelve months.  Cablevision Systems Corp. is

trading up about 2.6% on the day Friday.
