Tuesday, Director David R. Wenzel purchased 2,000 shares of RAH, at a cost

of $74.98 each, for a total investment of $149,960. Ralcorp Holdings, Inc.

is trading off about 0.4% on the day Thursday.

And at magicJack VocalTec Ltd (NASDAQ:CALL), there was insider buying on Tuesday,

by President Andrew M. Macinnes who bought 5,000 shares for a cost of $19.62

each, for a trade totaling $98,100. This buy marks the first one filed by

Macinnes in the past year. magicJack VocalTec Ltd is trading up about 5.4%

on the day Thursday. Macinnes was up about 12.0% on the buy at the high

point of today's trading session, with CALL trading as high as $21.98 at

last check today.
