Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the Proshares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (AMEX:UVXY), which shed 15,958,342 shares, or a 71.9% decrease week over week.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the Proshares Ultra Russell2000 Value (AMEX:UVT), which lost 75,000 of its shares, for a whopping 20.0% decline in outstanding shares. Among the largest underlying components of UVT, in morning trading today 1 800 FLOWERS.COM Incorporated Class A (NASDAQ:FLWS) is up about 1.8%, and 1st United Bancorp FL (NASDAQ:FUBC) is up by about 0.5%.
