In trading on Wednesday, the CEF Municipal Income ETF (AMEX:XMPT) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Mfs Municipal Income Trust (NYSE:MFM), up about 1.3% and shares of Blackrock Long-term Municipal Advantage (NYSE:BTA), up about 1.2% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the Solar Energy ETF (AMEX:KWT), off about 4.3% in Wednesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Wednesday were shares of Yingli Green Energy Holding (NYSE:YGE), lower by about 12.4%, and shares of Suntech Power Holdings Limited (NYSE:STP), lower by about 9.2% on the day.
