Omega Healthcare Investors Incorporated (NYSE:OHI) announced its quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend in January of 41 cents. The dividend is payable May 15 to stockholders of record as of April 30. The company, which invests mainly in mortgages of nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and other specialty hospitals, has approximately 104.8 million outstanding common shares.
Shares are lower by about half a percent.
In other dividend news, Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (NYSE:BK) maintained its quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share. Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE:PEG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 35.5 cents per share. Fastenal Company (NASDAQ:FAST) maintained its quarterly dividend of 17 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Sonoco Products Company (NYSE:SON) announced its quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share, an increase of about 3% over its prior dividend in February of 29 cents.
