Regal Beloit Corporation (NYSE:RBC) announced its quarterly dividend of 19 cents per share, an increase of about 6% over its prior dividend in March of 18 cents. The dividend is payable on July 14, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 29, 2012.
Shares are lower by 0.75 percent.
In other dividend news, CF Industries Holdings Incorporated (NYSE:CF) maintained its quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share. Harley Davidson Incorporated (NYSE:HOG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 15.5 cents per share. CNA Financial Corporation (NYSE:CNA) maintained its quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Alliance Holdings (NASDAQ:AHGP) announced its quarterly dividend of 66.75 cents per share, an increase of about 5% over its prior dividend in February of 63.8 cents.
