Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE:SKT) announced its quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share, an increase of about 5% over its prior dividend in January of 20 cents. The cash dividend of $0.21 per share will be payable on May 15, 2012 to shareholders of record on April 30, 2012.
Shares are lower by about eight tenths of a percent.
In other dividend news, Conagra Foods Incorporated (NYSE:CAG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share. Vectren Corporation (NYSE:VVC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 35 cents per share. Unifirst Corporation (NYSE:UNF) maintained its quarterly dividend of 3.75 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, PNC Financial Services Group Incorporated (NYSE:PNC) announced its quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share, an increase of about 14% over its prior dividend in January of 35 cents.
