On Monday, Mvc Capital Incorporated (NYSE:MVC)'s Chairman, Michael T. Tokarz, made a $131,808 purchase of MVC, buying 10,108 shares at a cost of $13.04 each. Mvc Capital Incorporated is trading down about 1.1% on the day Friday. Before this latest buy, Tokarz made one other buy in the past year, purchasing $33,309 shares for a cost of $12.16 each.
And also on Monday, Director Shannon Pratt purchased $77,679 worth of Paulson Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:PLCC), purchasing 67,000 shares at a cost of $1.16 each. Paulson Capital Corporation is trading off about 7.2% on the day Friday.
