Monro Muffler Brake Incorporated (NASDAQ:MNRO) announced its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share, an increase of about 11% over its prior dividend in March of 9 cents. Shares were lower, however, as the company announced quarterly results and guidance that were disappointing.
Shares are lower by over seven percent.
In other dividend news, Mcdonalds Corporation (NYSE:MCD) maintained its quarterly dividend of 70 cents per share. Centurylink Incorporated (CTL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 72.5 cents per share. Mckesson Corporation (NYSE:MCK) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, HJ Heinz Company (HNZ) announced its quarterly dividend of 51.5 cents per share, an increase of about 7% over its prior dividend in March of 48 cents. Portland General Electric Company (NYSE:POR) announced its quarterly dividend of 27 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend in March of 26.5 cents.
