In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Transportation ETF (AMEX:XTN) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 4.2% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Hertz Global Holdings (NYSE:HTZ), up about 4% and shares of Union Pacific (NYSE:UNP), up about 2.5% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the First Trust ISE Chindia Index Fund ETF (AMEX:FNI), off about 0.9% in Tuesday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Tuesday were shares of Sterlite Industries India Limited (NYSE:SLT), lower by about 4.3%, and shares of Vanceinfo Technologies (VIT), lower by about 3.8% on the day.
