Shares are lower by about 1.3 percent.
Community Health Systems (NYSE:CYH) was upgraded today from neutral to buy by Citigroup (NYSE:C) as the firm has a more positive view of the company around the Supreme Court's healthcare ruling. A $30 price target was set.
