NV Energy (NYSE:NVE) was upgraded today by Bank of American/Merrill Lynch (NYSE:BAC) to buy from neutral with a price target of $19 as the firm believes that the company can grow its dividend faster than the competition, and has solid earnings.
Shares are higher by about two tenths of a percent.
Huntington Ingalls (NYSE:HII) was upgraded today by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) to neutral from sell with a price target of $39, as demands from the Navy should remain strong.
