This morning, WP Carey (NYSE:WPC) declared its quarterly dividend of 56.7 cents per share, slightly higher than the dividend paid to shareholders last quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 5% going forward.
Shares of WPC were higher on Friday, picking up 0.8% so far.
In other dividend news, Kroger (NYSE:KR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 11.5 cents per share. SL Green Realty (NYSE:SLG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. Masco (NYSE:MAS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 7.5 cents per share. And Williams Sonoma (NYSE:WSM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share.
