Venza Gold Corp. filed on June 12 that it is offering a total of 1,500,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share. Net proceeds of $113,926.16 are expected after expenses. Proceeds will be used for Phase 2 of the exploration program on the OS Gold Claim, as well as for general working capital.
