Douglas Emmett (NYSE:DEI) was upgraded today at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch (NYSE:BAC) from neutral to buy with a price target of $26 due to an improved view of the market.
Shares are higher by over one percent.
American Electric Power (NYSE:AEP) today had its price target raised to $56 by Jefferies (JEF) as the company will be able to raise prices per the Public Utility Commission of Ohio ruling.
