Shares are lower by about 1.4 percent.
In other dividend news, CF Industries Holdings Incorporated (NYSE:CF) maintained its quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share. FMC Corporation (NYSE:FMC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 9 cents per share. NRG Energy Incorporated (NYSE:NRG) maintained a dividend of 9 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Rayonier Incorporated (NYSE:RYN) announced its quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share, an increase of about 10% over its prior dividend in June of 40 cents.
