Bank of Hawaii Corporation (NYSE:BOH) maintained its quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share. The dividend will be payable on September 17, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2012.
Shares are lower by about 1.4 percent.
In other dividend news, CF Industries Holdings Incorporated (NYSE:CF) maintained its quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share. FMC Corporation (NYSE:FMC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 9 cents per share. NRG Energy Incorporated (NYSE:NRG) maintained a dividend of 9 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Rayonier Incorporated (NYSE:RYN) announced its quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share, an increase of about 10% over its prior dividend in June of 40 cents.
