Looking today at week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest inflow was seen in the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (AMEX:XLF), which added 7,450,000 shares, or a 1.7% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of XLF, in morning trading today Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) is up about 1%, and Berkshire Hathaway Class B (NYSE:BRK.B) is lower by about 0.2%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest increase in inflows was the First Trust North American Energy Infrastructure Fund (AMEX:EMLP), which added 150,000 shares, for a whopping 42.3% increase in outstanding shares. Among the largest underlying components of EMLP, in morning trading today Kinder Morgan Management (NYSE:KMR) is up about 0.2%, and Enbridge Energy Management L (NYSE:EEQ) is up by about 0.1%.
