Shares are trading higher by about 1.5 percent.

Perrigo Company (NASDAQ:PRGO) maintained its quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share. Lear Corporation (NYSE:LEA) maintained its quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Kingstone Companies Incorporated (NASDAQ:KINS) announced its quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share, an increase of about 33% over its prior dividend in May of 3 cents.
