Broadcom Corporation (NASDAQ:BRCM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share. The dividend will be paid on September 17, 2012 to holders of record of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock at the close of business on August 31, 2012.
Shares are higher by about 3.4 percent.
In other dividend news, National Oilwell Varco Incorporated (NYSE:NOV) maintained its quarterly dividend of 12 cents per share. Precision Castparts Corporation (NYSE:PCP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 3 cents per share. Gap Incorporated (NYSE:GPS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 12.5 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Cisco Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ:CSCO) announced its quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share, an increase of about 75% over its prior dividend in July of 8 cents.
