Shares are higher by about three tenths of a percent.
In other dividend news, Home Depot Incorporated (NYSE:HD) maintained its quarterly dividend of 29 cents per share. Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE:PH) maintained its quarterly dividend of 41 cents per share. Integrys Energy Group Incorporated (NYSE:TEG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 68 cents per share. Flowers Foods Incorporated (NYSE:FLO) maintained its quarterly dividend of 16 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, ITC Holdings Corporation (NYSE:ITC) announced its quarterly dividend of 37.75 cents per share, an increase of about 7% over its prior dividend in May of 35.3 cents.
